I really Loved this mask it was soft and nice texture and I had great results from each use. It makes your hair really soft and nice and it was great at maintaining my honey blonde dyed hair . I used this once a week and have repurchased its great !

I’ve been using the pro:voke brightening shampoo for a while now since I dyed my hair silver and it has honestly helped it stay a nice colour. After I had stopped using it due to being on holiday, it did seem to turn a bit brassy so I used the toning mask and left it on for 10 minutes and it really had helped to brighten it nicely again! Very happy with the product.

Nice smelling product which after rinsing becoming a bit chemical and hangs around. You notice it every so often but when hair is all dry no smell detected. The shampoo and conditioner after use brights the hair a bit but haven’t seen big change.

This product is amazing. The shampoo really cleans your hair and gets rid of all the product build up. You can really feel it after washing it. The mask makes your hair feel super soft and feel the need for no extra aftercare product unless using heat. The colour afterwards was brighter and no brassy tones. I regularly have full head nightlight and with being naturally dark my hair can sometimes look brassy. I have just returned after two weeks in Mexico and my highlights had gone slightly yellow. I used the conditioner in conjunction with the shampoo so it was difficult to tell which product had the greatest effect on my blonde. However, my main observation with the conditioner was that it did very little in terms of detangling hair so I had to use my regular conditioner with it.

This shampoo was lovely and I noticed a difference with each use . It was very good and balancing the colour in my hair and making it look more uniform and brighter taking out some of the ashy tones . I found for best results to use this 2 times a week with my usual sulphate free shampoo in between . The shampoo isn’t really scented with anything but it was a nice texture – I’ve repurchased this product

This shampoo was lovely and I noticed a difference with each use . It was very good and balancing the colour in my hair and making it look more uniform and brighter taking out some of the ashy tones . I found for best results to use this 2 times a week with my usual sulphate free shampoo in between . The shampoo isn’t really scented with anything but it was a nice texture – I’ve repurchased this product

I bought this product pre-lockdown, I saw it was on offer and had wanted to try something that would give my naturally blonde hair a pick me up. If I’m being honest, as I took it to the till I just thought “stuff like this never works, it will probably be a waste of money” and HOW PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WAS I?! I shall start with the smell, it’s amazing, sweet but not too sweet but a definite hair product smell to it but not chemically – very clear, I know. I was really surprised that I saw a difference after the first wash in terms of lightening the colour of my hair. After continuous use I am really satisfied with the product as my hair is lighter, healthier and in such a good condition.

I have used this for years, first found it when I went from red hair to platinum blonde at home and I must say this was a saviour! The shampoo is quite liquidy, deep purple and it really works to tone brassiness. If you keep it too long you might even get blue hued colour so basically it is two in one product 😀 Tone down yellowness and if you like get blue toned hair. Seriously this is the best I wont buy another purple shampoo after this. At the moment I have a blonde ombre and I still use this, not as often when I was platinum blonde, but time to time correct any yellowness coming through.

I’ve been interested in trying the Touch of Silver range for a while but have always assumed that it was only for grey, silver or very pale blonde hair. I do have blonde hair but it does have mostly golden tones. I had hoped that this would tone down the reddish, brassy tones in my hair and give me a more neutral, ashy shade. Unfortunately, this didn’t work out well for my hair colour. If anything it made my hair look a bit darker and duller, so I guess it toned it down but made it look dull and un-interesting. I liked the shampoo as a product, but I think that maybe my hair colour isn’t suitable for this product.

I bought this product pre-lockdown, I saw it was on offer and had wanted to try something that would give my naturally blonde hair a pick me up. If I’m being honest, as I took it to the till I just thought “stuff like this never works, it will probably be a waste of money” and HOW PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WAS I?! I shall start with the smell, it’s amazing, sweet but not too sweet but a definite hair product smell to it but not chemically – very clear, I know. I was really surprised that I saw a difference after the first wash in terms of lightening the colour of my hair. After continuous use I am really satisfied with the product as my hair is lighter, healthier and in such a good condition.

I have used this for years, first found it when I went from red hair to platinum blonde at home and I must say this was a saviour! The shampoo is quite liquidy, deep purple and it really works to tone brassiness. If you keep it too long you might even get blue hued colour so basically it is two in one product 😀 Tone down yellowness and if you like get blue toned hair. Seriously this is the best I wont buy another purple shampoo after this. At the moment I have a blonde ombre and I still use this, not as often when I was platinum blonde, but time to time correct any yellowness coming through.

This shampoo has been a godsend. It lavas up lovely and has left my hair silky soft. It feels in such good condition and feels easier to brush. I’ve been using it for two weeks and the results are amazing! My hair is really long and thick and gets knotty and frizzy but now It is less frizzy and looks curlier rather than just wavy and bushy like before as if it’s been fully restored and it also doesn’t look as greasy after a day of not washing, the shine lasts from wash to wash. It just looks and feels great. I am really pleased and would highly recommend. I also love the fact that it doesn’t contain sulphate.

I’ve been bleaching my hair on and off for about 40 years so I wasn’t really surprised when I coloured my hair light brown and it didn’t turn out quite as expected. It definitely needed some TLC and this was what it got when I used this product. The bottle is easy to use in the shower and the smell is gorgeous. This is a complete game changer the blue is great idea for helping to boost too many warm tones through the brown but also refreshing my dull ombré. This is the first blue shampoo I’ve tried on my dyed brunette hair. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but I like it! The scent is pleasant but not overwhelming like lots are. The great thing is it’s sulphate-free (which is not easy to find) but this means it can be harder to work up a lather, so requires a little more shampoo, but it does what it says on the tin (so to speak!). I like it!

I have been using the Provoke illuminex toning blue shampoo for brunettes for the last couple of weeks and have noticed a real difference in the colouring of my hair. It neutralises the warm tones in my hair and the colour appearance is much deeper and richer. My hair feels well hydrated after use and soft and appears to be a bit more smoother in appearance. As a vegan friendly and sulphate free product it will have a wide audience appeal price wise it is competitive with other high street brands and is easily available and is definitely one I would recommend.

I didn’t know about the existence of a blue shampoo specially made for brunettes, until I discovered this product. And I can say it really made a difference. The packaging is basic, but quite discreet, so I could easily carry it with me on a weekend trip. I was happy to see it has UV filters, it is sulphate free (although it had salts and I imagine silicones too) and the most important part, it neutralises orange tones for a great rich hair colour. My hair is dark brown and after just one wash, it really felt that the pigments restored the shine of my colour, it was almost like getting a retouch colouring. My hair did not feel dull and I really appreciated the fragrance. It has a milky, chocolate perfume that stays in your hair. The only downsize was the fact that it left my hair a little dry on the ends. My hair is usually pretty brittle, so I was expecting this in a way. Overall it was a great surprise and I will definitely be continuing to use it.

There really aren’t many blue shampoos out there and they tend to be expensive, I got this to help my hair previously bleached hair which had an ash brown put over it during lockdown. I have tried this shampoo 3 or 4 times now on my hair and it certainly has toned down the brassiness of my brunette hair. Upon opening the product I found the smell not dissimilar to marzipan and quite pleasant. I found that I only had to use a small amount to get a good lather and after rinsing found my hair soft and manageable. I was pleased with the results this shampoo gave me. I have brown hair that I often dye darker and have never been able to get rid of the brassy tones until now. The shampoo is easy to apply and rinse off and my hair was much less brassy after use. I would definitely recommend this product.
Love the product and its smell – Sj90
I really love the smell of this product, being bright blue I was not expecting the floral soft sent. I usually have to dye my hair due to greys but I have been able to push my dye back because my hair kept its brunette colour longer. I noticed a nice rich tone to my colour and it was really glossy after using this for a few weeks. I did notice my hair was a little frizzer than normal with this shampoo so have had to up my smoothing cream. Would not hesitate to buy this again to reduce my dying.
My hair is back all one colour!! –
My hair has been bleached and dyed in the past so it was getting lighter at the ends so was showing a variety of different colours in my hair (not a good look) I started using the toning blue shampoo about 2 weeks ago, First application I found it very drying, as I was applying the shampoo it felt like it was stripping it, my hair felt extremely dry but I think this is becausing it was doing its job and let’s face it it was getting through months of hair colour! There wasn’t much of a fragrance, more off a cleansing smell but not at all chemically. I only washed it once as I was a little concerned at how dry it felt. I applied conditioner which thankfully added moisture back and I felt a little more relaxed. My hair dried and styled easily and had a nice shine. I noticed a difference in the colour after about the third wash, the light hair had begun to darken and blend in with the rest of my hair. Today after 2 weeks my hair is all back to one colour and its so natural looking and has a lovely healthy shine, My hair actually feels clean after every wash!
Nice colour, easy to incorporate into my routine –
My hair colour can lose its depth quite quickly after colouring and I found this product made the softer tones last longer. It’s easy to use and gave the same result as my regular shampoo. I was worried it would leave my hair flat or oily but it didn’t. Only downside is it doesn’t foam as much as regular shampoo but other than that a great product to keep colour lasting longer.

This shampoo is blue in colour. So I was wondering if it would effect my hair. I used the shampoo and it lather up well. Once I had washed my hair and dried it. My hair looked more browner and it felt so soft and healthy

I’ve been dying my hair for as long as I can remember because I really don’t like my natural hair colour, it’s dark brown with brassy tones.. I’ve recently had a baby and also have an 18 month old so I barely even get time to wash my hair anymore, never mind dye it haha!.. I figured I’d try and get used to my natural hair colour so I decided to give this a try, see if I could get rid of the ginger tones! First thing I noticed (other than the amazing electic blue colour lol) was the smell, it smells sooooo good, very nutty and fresh, kinda like you would imagine a tropical holiday.. I only had to use a small amount as it lathers up really well and my hair felt clean and fresh after, only negative I can think of is that after 2 days my hair felt very greasy, not sure whether it was the shampoo or the fact that the the pregnancy hormones that make your hair feel amazing are going away 🙁

I’m always dubious of toning shampoos but was pleasantly surprised with this one. I used it with the pro voke blue conditioner. The shampoo doesn’t lather that much but left my hair clean and smelling nice. It definitely brightened my hair and left it really shiny and soft.

Got this to try with my brown hair lathered up great and after my hair was washed and dry it felt softer didnt notice much of a difference to my colour apart from my hair looking a bit more brighter and smelt nice after it was dry aswell i would keep using this as its a lot better on my hair than most shampoos

I’m a natural brunette and always had a hint of red in my hair that I hate. I use this shampoo every time I wash my hair which is 3/4 times per week. I wash my hair twice with the shampoo and it gives a real clean feeling, the shampoo washes out perfectly and doesn’t stick to my hair. I’ve not noticed a massive change to the red tone in my hair however I can see an improvement so I’m excited to continue and hope for good results.

I was a sucker for purple shampoo for blonde hair but this blue shampoo is amazing for brunette hair! It’s a shampoo I’ll be living off for a while now. It does make hair feel a bit like straw when it’s wet but it does dry out absolutely fine. Definitely think it would pair nicely with a conditioner. The shampoo is an amazing colour blue and smells absolutely amazing!

I have been using this shampoo with the toning blue conditioner for around 2 weeks now. After just 3 applications I can see a difference in colour. The shampoo lathers well and just a small amount goes a long way. I really enjoy the scent of his product and find that it lasts all day. I think going forward I will use the product may be just twice a week because I find using it more often has started to dry my hair a little. Overall its a good product.

I bought this last week and my hair never felt better looks brighter and shinier than ever. The shampoo comes in a electric blue color which I’ve never seen before and the smell reminds me of being in a hair salon. It Foams up really well and is easily rinsed out. It makes my hair feel soft and light which is good as I have really long thick hair. My hair looks clean and healthy which I absolutely adore will definitely be getting more.

I’m a brunette with colour treated balayage hair. I’ve ashy blonde highlights and they do have a tendency to go copper or even brassy, especially with lockdown which means I’m unable to get colour and cut every 7 weeks! I tried this shampoo to try and keep the ash blonde alive and tone down the harsh brassy and copper tones. I really want to maintain a cool hair colour rather than warm. If this sounds like you, then this product is an amazing choice! The packaging allows you to see the ultra bright product in the bottle. It is extremely pigmented – do not get this on your clothes or tiles and if you do, wash your tiles immediately! It will stain clothes. It’s vegan friendly which is great and silicone free. It says that it has a ‘sulfate free system’ but I am interested to know if that means that the product itself is sulfate free. The word ‘system’ to me implies that it may not be so they need to word it differently? I’m unsure what this means. Results – it worked. I would only use once a week maybe once a fortnight, depending on the condition of your hair as it was a little drying. You certainly couldn’t use it every time because of this. I consulted with my hairdresser before using and she said it looked and read as though it would be useful to my coloured hair. The fragrance is non offensive. The product did relieve some of the more coppery tones in my hair. For the price, it’s definitely worth investing in! I’d recommend to a friend.

Have used this shampoo and conditioner every other day and have not noticed much difference to the colour tones of my hair. However, the smell of both products is divine and the conditioner leaves my hair feeling fresh and nicely hydrated.
Shiny hair! –
If you have dry dull hair this is great for bringing out the shine, the product goes on well and isn’t very foamy, can see it instantly getting soaked in to the hair through and is nice to massage on the scalp. The smell is gorgeous and makes you want to keep it on for longer. Personally I find these products usually quite drying but this one exceeded expectations and one that I would buy again.

Touch of Brunette toning Blue Shampoo neutralises warm, red & orange tones for a richer, deeper hair colour, it’s already visible after a few usages. Small drop of the shampoo is enough to wash a mid lenght hair, lovely smell and good size bottle.

I had high expectations of using in order to cover some grey roots showing through. The colour is very blue and I made sure to not leave on my hands too long as didn’t want stains. It went on easily and there wasn’t a massive lather but went through my hair nicely. After leaving on for a few minutes washed off as directed. It rinsed well and left my hair smooth. My hair felt nice when dry and although I didn’t notice a change to my grey hairs it did leave my hair in a nice condition. Hopefully after a few uses it might help the greys but it isn’t a bad shampoo so will continue to use.

I have brunette hair which was lacking in tines and shine. I have used this twice now and can slowly see some tones appearing. I have applied this to my hair and left on for 5 minutes each time. It smells nice and is starting to give lovely results.
