Apply the shampoo by massaging evenly into your hair and leave in for 5 minutes.
Then rinse off and apply the conditioner – smooth through your hair, adding a little extra to your ends, and leave in for 3 minutes before rinsing.

Used this once, exactly as directed, and it\’s left my hair rough and dry and my scalp and hands super itchy.
